If you're looking for a place to live in Perth, Australia, OneFive Hamilton Hill is the one for you.
That's because it's one of the most water- and energy-efficient residential developments in the country, per a press release from the Urban Development Institute of Australia.
And that's not all: The development also features public open space, as well as "quality public open space that prioritises canopy cover, biodiversity, and connection to remnant bushland in response to a drying climate," per the release.
The idea for the development came from the city's Department of Water, which wanted to create a place where people could live, work, and play that was both environmentally friendly and financially viable, per the release.
"We wanted to create a place where people could live, work, and play," the project's developer, Keptjin Gabi Kaadadjan, says.
"We wanted to create a place where people could be proud of their place in the world and be proud of their water use."
OneFive's approach to water management includes a groundwater bore scheme, as well as measures to keep trees and vegetation in place, reduce water use among residents, and use less water for heating, ventilation, and air
